Custom Fees and Taxes for Orders Outside of the US
If you're ordering from outside of the United States, please note: your order may be subject to duties and sales tax. The amount depends on your location. This is collected by the shipping carrier when your package arrives — not by us, and not included in the price you pay at checkout.
This is standard for cross-border orders and applies the same way it would if you imported anything else from a US business — it's not related to any current trade dispute or tariff news, and it's not something we're able to remove or absorb into our pricing.
On a typical $95 order, expect roughly $15-20 in duties and tax. Depending on your carrier, you may be asked to pay this online via a tracking link before delivery, or in person (cash, card, or a pickup slip) when the package arrives.
If duties and tax aren't paid, the carrier can hold, return, or treat the package as abandoned, so we'd recommend keeping an eye out for a notice from the carrier if your package seems delayed.
